About the Role: As our Veterinary Nurse, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional care, supporting clinical operations, and fostering a positive environment for our team and clients. You’ll take on a range of responsibilities, from nurse consultations to supporting our veterinarians during consultations and helping maintain the smooth running of our practice.
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Veterinary Technician Degree
- Experience: Minimum 3 years hands-on clinical experience in a veterinary practice
- Skills & Abilities:
- Confident in all clinical aspects of veterinary nursing
- Proven excellence in delivering top-tier care and exceeding client expectations
- Leadership skills in the clinical environment
- Attentive to detail with the ability to undertake thorough and precise nursing duties
- Taking pride in work and demonstrating resilience
- Strong multitasking skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Ability to foster a positive environment, connect with clients, and build strong internal and external relationships
- A friendly, outgoing attitude and a growth mindset, with a knack for injecting positivity into any situation
