We are currently seeking multiple Civil Designer to join our dynamic project team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major EPC/EPCM project, working alongside industry leaders in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
This role involves leading the civil design effort across several key scopes—such as road realignments, bulk earthworks, and rail infrastructure.
Input to the design of bulk earthworks, roadworks and drainage works comprising civil resources projects.
Work in collaboration with other design teams and disciplines to ensure the integrity and quality of the overall design.
Assist in the delivery of project-related tasks to meet budget, timeframe and quality targets, meeting, or exceeding client expectations.
Input to the production of design models (12d), drawing deliverables (MicroStation) and material take-offs (MTO's).
Providing technical advice to project team members whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure production of project documents are accurate and clear and compliant with best practice and any other quality standards dictated by the nature of the project; and
Work collaboratively with lead and senior civil designers, drafters, and engineers.
Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant engineering degree and/or certifications.
Demonstrated industry experience in the use of 12d and MicroStation software across civil projects.
Attention to detail and ability to deliver quality outputs within desired timeframes.
A passion for continuous improvement, quality and improving service for our clients.
Design experience (>3 years) delivering resource and infrastructure projects.
Knowledge in working with relevant Australian standards including AUSTROADS.
