Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sunshine Coast, QLD. The Property Buyers Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, representing buyers in residential real estate transactions, and managing the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, negotiating deals, showing properties to clients, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends. The role requires an active real estate license and a strong commitment to client satisfaction and successful property acquisitions.
Qualifications
* Customer Service skills
* Active Real Estate License
* Experience in Residential Real Estate and Buyer Representation
* Proficiency in Sales techniques and processes
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong knowledge of the Sunshine Coast real estate market
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Relevant educational background is a plus
