We seek a high-energy, experienced Business Development Manager to fuel our growth in liquid manufacturing for the personal care and pharmaceutical sectors. Experienced in B2B Sales: Proven success in generating and converting leads, meeting targets, and managing client relationships.
Relationship builder: driven to exceed KPIs, you're proactive, persistent, and eager to see our customers succeed.
Organized and Self-Motivated: Strong time-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and drive your own results.
Passionate about Personal Care, Health and Wellness: Interest in skincare, haircare, grooming and wellness industries is a plus, though not essential.
Your Role:To nurture, identify, engage, generate, and convert business sales opportunities, focusing on achieving ambitious targets and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to grow Inline Cosmetic Laboratories market reach.
* Develop and manage your own leads, building a robust sales pipeline of business.
* Engage and follow up on prospects through calls, emails, and visits and digital presentations to secure new clients.
* Consistently meet activity and conversion targets, ensuring a full pipeline of quality prospects.
* Present tailored solutions to potential clients, expertly handle objections, and negotiate terms that align with our high-value services.
* Attend events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness and develop client relationships.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
