Job Title: Commercial Contracts Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Administrator to join our team on a landmark project transforming the former Corrimal Coke Works site into a vibrant new community of over 800 dwellings.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a rising star CA to work closely with our Senior Contracts Administrator and Project Manager to deliver the commercial and financial outcomes for The Works, Corrimal project. As a Commercial Contracts Administrator, you will collaborate with our site delivery team, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to support cost efficiency, contract compliance, and subcontractor performance on this project.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end Subcontract Administration: Manage subcontract agreements, including performance tracking, claims, variations, RFIs, and notices, protecting our commercial position while fostering positive relationships
* Head Contract Management and Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly project review submissions, including EOT registers, forecast cost schedules, variation schedules, cash flow forecasts, and risk registers, with oversight from the Senior CA
* Procurement: Maintain a project procurement schedule, prepare tender packages, scopes of work, and comparisons, and procure subcontractor and supplier packages in line with the schedule
* Claims Assessment & Payments: Assess and process subcontractor payment claims in line with site progress, agreed scopes, and commercial compliance, ensuring any payment schedules are issued in strict accordance with the Security of Payments Act where applicable
* Project Reporting: Contribute to presentations to senior leadership, preparing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
