Cloud Computing Innovator
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Computing Innovator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in cloud computing and drive change in the Energy and Utilities industry.
About the Role:
The Senior Industry Partner Solutions Architect will be responsible for developing innovative products, services or solutions to address real-world problems. You will create technology solutions, evolve them as we gain new insights and understanding, and assess whether things are doable with the knowledge of today or when they require new research and science.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage your domain depth to develop ideas that create new innovative products, services or solutions to address real-world problems.
* Create technology solutions and evolve them as we gain new insights and understanding.
* Use your wisdom to assess whether things are doable with the knowledge of today or when they require new research and science.
* Keep close ties with the consumers of our services and look around corners to help us better anticipate future needs.
* Refine and advocate a 'north star' to guide business decision-making with executives and team alignment.
* Travel up to 20%, including domestic and potentially international destinations.
A Day in the Life:
You will help us envision and build the right technological solutions that can scale to meet our customer's needs, through our Partners. We work in small teams staffed with leading domain experts, architects and sales specialists. We use the skill and scale of AWS to make a connected world achievable for all businesses.
Basic Qualifications:
* 8+ years of specific technology domain areas experience.
* 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
* 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.
* Professional working proficiency in English.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly and experience in the automotive domain.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with end user or developer communities.
* AWS certification, such as AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification.
* Full professional fluency in English.
* Experience with Energy and utilities business concepts and technologies.
* Experience interacting with industry bodies related to Energy and Utilities.
* Strong understanding of data management or ML or Strong understanding of Automotive software solutions.
* Knowledge of large-scale automation and workflow management or equivalent.
* Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level, including training, workshops, publications.
