The Opportunity
Reporting to our Melbourne-based Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to all customer questions, queries, and requests via phone calls, emails and live chat in a professional and timely manner as well as serving our customers in our modern showroom. The main objective of the role is to ensure customer satisfaction as well as providing accurate technical information about our products and services to our customers.
We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication and a true passion for supportingour customers
Responsibilities include;
* Providing a high level of customer service to all customers
* Serving customers visiting our showroom, demonstrating products and providing product information
* Taking and processing customer orders over the telephone
* Working through customer service cases to resolve customer queries
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone calls, emails and live chat
* Following up oncustomers inquiries and delivery dates
* Building quality, long term relationships with customers and other stakeholders internal and external to the business
* Maintaining product knowledge and learning about new products when they are released
* Supporting customers in the showroom when required
What you'll need to succeed;
* 2+ year in a customer service role
* Experiencein both customer-facing and phone-based customer service roles
* Intermediate/advanced computer knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook (experience withSalesforce and SAP is highly desirable)
* Passionate about providing excellent service
* Excellent communicationskills,time management, organisationand attention to detail
* Highly self motivated, with the ability to work remotely from the "core" team based in Melbourne
* Ability to multi-taskand take initiative to make sure we exceedcustomer expectations
* Enthusiastic, positive attitude, self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
* Familiar with online ordering systems
* Technical sales, cabinetmaking or building industry experience is desired, not essential.
