Overview
The Cook is at the heart of restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You’ll have the chance to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our guests.
Must be able to work from 8:00 to 4:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 12:45 AM.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh and delicious food with vibrant Mexican flavours.
- Problem solve and ensure high standards of product for new and regular guests.
- Utilise fresh ingredients to produce quality outputs.
Qualifications
- Kitchen experience is helpful but not essential.
- Open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort.
- A positive, can‑do attitude and reliability.
