WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
In the immediate future, you will be working as part of a new team consisting of driven analysts, designers, engineers, and testers. This team will work on a high-growth venture focused on helping organizations make critical, high-stakes decisions at a speed enabled by artificial intelligence. The venture will incorporate various elements including decision intelligence, decision governance, data fabric, and artificial intelligence technologies. This team will develop products using Lean Startup principles and Agile methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and responsiveness to customer needs.

The IT Project Manager Role
The IT Project Manager orchestrates cross-functional delivery by developing comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, dependencies, and coordinating resource allocation across multiple teams and workstreams. This role owns project governance, change control, and status reporting while proactively managing risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget constraints. Success in this position means removing organizational impediments, providing project-wide visibility through effective cross-functional meetings, and ensuring seamless integration across all teams and workstreams.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Client Delivery
* Running Software Delivery projects: Planning, coordinating, and driving the delivery of software initiatives in collaboration with our engineering and product, and leadership teams. This includes defining scope and timelines, facilitating ceremonies, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and predictably.
* Stakeholder communication and relationship management: Working closely with customers and internal teams to keep everyone aligned. This includes running meetings and workshops, providing clear updates, and proactively addressing issues before they escalate
* Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with Product Managers/ Owners, Scrum Master, Technical System Analysts, Solution Architects, Pod Leads and Development teams to efficiently schedule and deliver all planned work. This includes managing cross-stream dependencies across different portfolios
* Continuous improvement: Improving project templates, and internal processes to help us scale effectively. You'll capture feedback from customers and colleagues and help translate insights into practical improvements across our project management practices
Operational Excellence
* Scheduling & Resource Management: Maintain accurate schedules and systems to enable smooth resource planning, visibility, and forecasting across your projects.
* Budget & Time Management: Drive budget adherence, ensuring all project work is delivered within budget, and champion accurate time tracking and utilization reporting.
* Risks & Issue Management: Maintain a proactive and strategic (Risk), and a reactive and decisive (Issue) mindset, creating mitigation plans, and excelling at resolution and damage control.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR SUCCESS
* Proven experience in end-to-end project management running multiple concurrent projects, ideally within a software, SaaS, or technology-enabled environment. A minimum of 3-4 years of Project Manager experience is required
* Exceptional people and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly, positively influence and manage relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and your project teams.
* Demonstrated experience managing software delivery projects, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs in an agile or hybrid delivery environment
* Confidence facilitating meetings, workshops, and project ceremonies—keeping conversations focused, outcomes clear, and stakeholders aligned
* Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to keep projects moving forward without losing sight of the bigger picture
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset—comfortable identifying risks early, resolving issues calmly, and maintaining momentum through ambiguity
* An "innovation mindset" and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
* A proactive, self-starting attitude, a customer-centric mindset with a deep sense of ownership
