About the Role As the Clinic Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for clients, students, and staff ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional running of the clinic. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales, manage bookings, coordinate events, and help maintain strong relationships with industry partners. Reporting to the Operations Manager based in Perth, you’ll play a vital role in both the business and educational success of the clinic. This position offers exciting variety and future potential, with the possibility of moving into a dual admin/training role for the right candidate. Previous experience in a cosmetic, dermal or health-related clinic environment will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities Clinic Operations Management: Ensure the clinic runs efficiently day-to-day, including appointment coordination, room and treatment area readiness, stock management, and student support Event & Workshop Coordination: Plan and oversee in-clinic events, promotional activities, and student workshops. Liaise with guest educators and external speakers Industry Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, brands, and suppliers. Coordinate bookings for visiting professionals and events Client Experience & Front-of-House: Provide exceptional service and act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment Sales & Marketing: Drive retail product and treatment program sales. Regularly update and manage content across all social media platforms Administration: Handle general administrative duties including payment processing, daily reconciliations, scanning, data entry, and reporting Team Support: Work collaboratively with students, educators, and staff to support a smooth clinic workflow and a high standard of care What We’re Looking For A Confident, professional attitude Experience in clinic coordination, client-facing roles, or administrative management Previous experience in a cosmetic, dermal, beauty, or healthcare environment (advantageous) Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organisational and multitasking skills Experience using clinic booking software (eg: Kitomba) Competence with social media platforms and digital marketing Self-motivated, solutions-focused, and capable of working independently Why Join Us?
