**How will I help?**
Our HR Services Delivery team are currently recruiting an Agile Practices & Development Coach to Educate, coach and train Agile principles, behaviours, methods and drive a paradigm shift in ways of working across the HR job family.
As an Agile Practices & Development Coach you will significantly impact the capability, behaviours and outputs of our HRS teams and ways of working.
Your role will include:
- Coaching and training HR teams in Agile principles, behaviours, methods and tools to drive significant acceleration in our ways of working and lead toward the job family wide adoption of Agile methodologies
- Providing training, feedback and advice to skilling Agile Coaches across the various HR teams to help them perform at a higher level.
- Development of HRBP capability and using this to develop other future focused capabilities such as digital savviness, service orientation, consulting skills, judgement and decision making etc.
- Continually keeping up to date with the latest thinking and teachings of Agile practices and constantly be updating information, attending conferences, and continuously learning
- Identifying ways to drive improvements around processes and to challenge the status quo
- Define the change agenda to change people's mindsets and practices they have built up over the years.

**What do I need?**
As an Agile Practices & Development Coach you will harness exceptional communication to educate, inspire and enhance HRS' ways of working. Your background will blend strong coaching and engagement experience with a passion for continuous improvement.
Your skills and experience will also include:
- 5+ years experience in related field
- Possess great interpersonal skills, teaching abilities, and a capacity to inspire and motivate
- Demonstrated agility in thinking and acting, a role model in agile and lean work practices
- Coaches others, inspiring and motivating them to perform at their very best
- Sees a problem, shapes it into a vision and then create an action-oriented path forward
- Asks the right questions, connects the dots, forms the relationships, understand the impacts of making a change and the consequences of not
- Is comfortable out of the comfort zone and understands the value and the need to proactively go to those places
- Drives strategic thought leadership
- Collaborates, contributes and creates in a constantly changing environment
- Relationship and stakeholder management
