The Role End-to-end payroll ownership across 900 employees (global scope) Fortnightly & monthly cycles (AU international) Executive payroll oversight Enterprise Agreement interpretation (complex, legacy framework) Lead & mentor a Payroll Officer Contribute to upcoming payroll transition projects (including potential offshore integration) Exposure to remuneration benchmarking & annual review processes The Environment Collegiate, collaborative culture No "command and control" leadership Service-led, solution-focused mindset Hybrid working (3 days onsite preferred) What We're Looking For Strong iChris / Chris21 capability Experience managing complex award or EA environments International payroll exposure highly regarded (not essential) Analytical, adaptable and calm under pressure A leader who shares knowledge, not guards it This role would suit a technically strong Payroll Manager ready to take ownership of a global function while working within a collaborative, people-first environment.
