* Main Responsibilities:
o Provide strategic leadership and operational management for all children's education, parenting and community programmes delivered across various centres.
o Oversee the operations of programme coordinators and other team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
o Ensure child-safe practices, proactive risk management and full compliance with legislation and organisational policies.
o Develop and implement strategies that meet organisational objectives and respond to community needs.
o Monitor, evaluate and report on programme performance to improve service delivery standards and drive continuous improvement.
o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships and identify opportunities for new initiatives.
