Over the past decade we've facilitated on average two CEO appointments each month, and several senior management placements every week. Right now, more than 100 current CEOs, Chairs or equivalent organisational leaders currently shaping South Australia were appointed through our Hender process - a powerful reflection of the trust and impact we've built, based on deeply established client relationships and consistent quality outcomes.
A unique opportunity exists for an experienced or early career professional to join our close knit and highly experienced consulting team – a team with over 60 years of combined service to the firm. You'll have the opportunity to support or lead work across a range of executive and non-executive search and Board recruitment and related projects.
Core responsibilities could include:
* working with consultants to support and manage across all aspects of executive and non-executive search, recruitment and associated HR advisory projects and engagements with clients;
* contributing to organisational research, advertising and search strategies, applicant enquiries, screening, assessment and interviews, reference checking, candidate care, market mapping and executive search activity;
* supporting performance appraisal and remuneration review processes, proposals and broader organisational advice for clients;
* ensuring highly professional, responsive and client focussed communications, file administration and service outcomes.
We are able to consider individuals from a range of professional foundations. You may be early in your career and ready to stretch in a supportive team, or a seasoned practitioner able to contribute at a senior level. Perhaps you're an in-house talent specialist seeking to broaden scope, a people, culture or OD specialist, an educator or journalist contemplating a career transition, a human services professional with a commercial edge, or already in a similar role in professional services.
