The Quality Assurance Lead is instrumental in the facilitation and coordination of testing across initiatives, responsible for the ongoing currency and implementation of the Quality Assurance Framework and supporting tools within the Transformation and Technology Office.

**What will you bring?**
**Experience**
- Experience working in Programs with a testing capacity or understanding of Program testing
- Financial Services Industry experience desirable
- Stakeholder Management and Leadership
- Experience in managing stakeholders at all levels, developing working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and a strong focus on identifying the needs and pain points of end users from a test coordination perspective
- Experience in managing testing involving vendors and other departments
- Experience in leading a team of Test professionals
- Risk and Change Management; experience in identifying risks and change impacts around testing in a Program delivery context
- Demonstrated ability to learn and utilise multiple system and technology platforms
- Experience managing complex test environment architectures
**Skills & Knowledge**
- Understanding of Quality Assurance Methodologies and processes including in an Agile Software Delivery Environment
- Experience in conducting Functional/Non-Functional, SIT and Integration testing
- Experience with supporting business users and the UAT phase of testing
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate several stakeholders against deadlines
- Strong scheduling skills to manage resources for testing across the business
- Prioritisation management skillset with stakeholders
- MS Office Suite including Program; Knowledge of and previous experience in SharePoint, Jira/Confluence. Desirable to have experience in other banking technology e.g., Core Banking System, Lendfast, IBAC, Tech1 etc.
- Knowledge of and capability using a variety of Manual, Automation and API testing tools.
- Ability to negotiate with stakeholders, vendors, 3rd parties to agree timeframes and responsibilities
- Presentation and facilitation skills; ability to articulate information in a clear, concise manner for both technical and non-technical staff
- Understanding of banking / financial services
- Ability to understand Business Processes, and IT Systems Processes knowledge
- Understanding of business analysis techniques within the context of delivering Program change from a testing perspective including understanding requirements gathering and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical problem solving and issue management skills
- Ability to translate technical terms into business processes to deliver effective testing of change
- ISTQB certified
- Coursework in business analysis or Program manager is desirable
- Degree qualification in business / IT related field or equivalent is desirable not essential
