Home Care Support Worker, you'll assist our clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
Key Duties Include
Assisting with personal hygiene, feeding and medication.
Supporting household tasks (cleaning, shopping).
Providing social support and helping clients access their community.
Offering companionship and emotional support.

Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate
Driver's Licence and Own Car: Essential for transport duties.

Initiative and Proactive Approach: Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent Communication Skills: To ensure clients feel understood and supported.
Availability to work mornings, afternoons and evening 2-3 hour shifts
