The Sales Manager will coordinate all functions of the company to fulfill contract supply requirements and maintain relationships with key decision makers, current and prospective clients, to promote Ausreo products and services and generate sales at maximum margin.

* You will lead sales strategy across a diverse residential portfolio from medium-density communities to large-scale government housing.
* You will build powerful relationships with developers, builders, government agencies, and other key stakeholders, positioning Ausreo as a trusted go-to partner.
* You will represent our brand through compelling technical sales presentations, sponsorships, and industry events that put our solutions in the spotlight.
* You will collaborate across teams working closely with the Sales team, Trade Service Centres, and Business Managers to unlock new opportunities and close complex deals.
* You will negotiate winning supply agreements aligned with pricing strategies and tailored to each customer's unique needs.
* You will spot and capitalize on opportunities to upsell value-added products and accessories, turning every deal into a long-term partnership.
* You will help shape regional strategy, including the establishment of new Trade Service Centres and the deployment of tailored territory plans.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management, preferably in the building and construction industry.
A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
You must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel regularly.
