About the opportunity
We're looking for a passionate, customer and results focused Venue Manager to join our Belmont Tavern Venue. The Belmont Tavern is only a hop, skip and a jump from The Belmont Forum shopping centre in Cloverdale just outside of Perth. With our stylish Family Bistro, indoor playground, beer garden and Sports Bar, we have something for everyone
We believe the Venue Manager is the heart of the pub, the foundation of a strong team and connected to the local community. Our Venue Managers strive to deliver great guest experiences by leading from the front, developing teams and driving exceptional service standards.
As a Venue Manager you will be responsible for a multifaceted, multimillion dollar business and will have the opportunity and support to develop the business to meet the changing market demands.
What you’ll need to succeed
1. Strong customer focus with the ability to get to know our locals what they love
2. Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire & develop your team to provide exceptional experiences
3. Proven experience running or assisting in the running of a multifaceted venue
4. Ability to use financial and business acumen coupled with operational experience to effectively deliver the venues operational targets and vision
5. Strong planning, organisational and problem solving skills including working in a matrix organisation
6. Relevant industry licences and accreditation
7. Able to qualify to meet the state liquor licensing nominee/liquor appointee requirements
