Job Overview

The House Manager oversees daily operations at one of our homes in the Northwest region, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for children and young people.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily activities and ensure smooth operation of the home
* Maintain a safe and healthy living environment for residents
* Develop and implement strategies to promote resident well-being and success


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, education, or psychology
* Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
