Your new role
As the Website Manager, you'll deliver the digital content plan across the event's website and owned channels, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and optimised for conversion. You'll manage and update the site to support major program announcements and drive audience actions. You'll produce and deploy consumer EDMs and newsletters that encourage return visits and boost engagement. You'll work closely with UX designers and developers to enhance user experience, elevate site performance, and support continuous improvement. You'll operate confidently within a Drupal environment, using Google Analytics 360 and CRM platforms to support EDM delivery, data‑driven decisions, and audience segmentation. You'll coordinate workflows using Jira and, collaborating seamlessly across marketing, digital, and technical teams. You'll also contribute to the broader marketing strategy, helping drive awareness, engagement, and ticket sales for this major Sydney event.
What you'll need to succeed
Have 7+ years as a Website or CRM Manager and be a digital all‑rounder with experience across content, web operations, CRM, and analytics
Experience working within a Drupal environment, using Google Analytics 360 and CRM platforms that support EDM and audience segmentation
Experience with Jira, and navigating multiple digital systems
Experience working on large programs of work with deadlines, including major events and festivals
Strong communication skills working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
