About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Effectiveness Manager to join our Medical Services team in Richmond. This role is key to supporting our sales operations and enhancing commercial performance through data, CRM, and reporting excellence. You’ll play a vital role in supporting sales strategies, improving CRM usage, analysing data insights, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the organisation to drive outcomes. Role & Responsibilities
* Manage sales data, reporting, and analytics, including BI tools, IQVIA, and KPI tracking.
* Drive CRM (VEEVA) oversight, ensuring accuracy in customer data and efficient system use.
* Create and manage templates for performance reporting, incentive calculations, and compliance.
* Deliver competitor tracking, insight generation, and support market research initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support field force execution, presentations, and internal sales challenges.
* Provide training and support for sales system users and drive CRM adoption.
* Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to support system enhancements and reporting accuracy.
* Support sales induction program and order management via BDynamics.
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial operations or CRM administration.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI and CRM tools.
* Proven ability to manage high-volume reporting and competing priorities.
* Experience working in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries highly regarded.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination skills.
* Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and continuous improvement focus.
* Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and professionalism in a customer-facing role.
