Health Relationship Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Health Relationship Manager position in our Victorian Injuries team. This role will focus on driving initiatives that promote business growth and enable our law practices to provide legal services to more Australians.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team. As a Health Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. You will identify and nurture new partnership opportunities, particularly in the health and allied health sectors.

1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, with a focus on identifying and nurturing new partnership opportunities, particularly in the health and allied health sectors.
2. Drive the implementation of Road and Work team's Business Development strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader organisational goals.
3. Oversee the creation and upkeep of communications materials, including publications, website content, and intranet updates, in collaboration with the Business Development and Marketing teams.
4. Contribute to the planning and execution of Business Development events.
5. Partner with health organisations to explore and develop innovative collaborations that enhance community health outcomes.
6. Provide comprehensive administrative support and coordination to Leadership where required.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the health sector and a proven track record in business development, sales or marketing. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to adapt to different styles and build rapport with people at different levels.
