Human Resources Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in managing various human resources tasks.

This includes:

* Recruitment: Attracting and selecting top talent for our organization.
* Onboarding: Ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into the workplace.
* Performance Management: Monitoring and improving employee performance.
* Compliance: Ensuring all HR activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
* Grievance and Case Management: Resolving employee complaints and managing complex cases.
* Investigations: Conducting thorough investigations into workplace incidents.
* Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

You will support multiple organisational programs, employees, and management throughout the employment lifecycle, focusing on creating an inclusive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing well-being and professional development programs.

The successful candidate will provide expert support on HR issues such as employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in a generalist role.
* A can-do proactive attitude with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
* Maintain current 'Working with Vulnerable People' registration.
* Demonstrated experience in HR advisory roles, including providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
