About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mowing Team Operator Supervisor to join our Perth operations.
This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone motivated, reliable, and passionate about turf and grounds maintenance. You will be responsible for supervising staff while actively working within the crew to ensure high standards of site presentation and safety.
* Reporting to the Landsdale yard each morning and afternoon
* Working across multiple commercial and community sites throughout Perth
* Company vehicle provided (commute use only)
* Reports directly to the Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support mowing and grounds maintenance staff
* Operate and maintain commercial turf management machinery
* Ensure high standards of site presentation, safety, and workmanship
* Coordinate daily work schedules and site requirements
* Maintain equipment in safe and operational condition
* Monitor team performance and maintain accountability
Requirements
* Living in Australia with easy access to Perth, WA
* Proven experience in all aspects of turf and grounds management
* Demonstrated experience operating commercial turf maintenance machinery
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to work within a team
* Highly motivated, reliable, and professional attitude
* Current driver's licence
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
