About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our Ceduna office.

While this role can be full-time, we are open to part-time or school-hours arrangements for the right person. This is a varied position combining administration and bookkeeping tasks, and would suit someone who enjoys being organised, supporting a team, and working with clients.

This role is ideal for someone with administration or bookkeeping experience who is looking for flexibility and stability in a local role.

Key Responsibilities

You'll play a key support role in our Ceduna office, working closely with our accountants and clients to keep things running smoothly day to day.

Your role will involve a mix of general office and accounting support, including preparing client documents, managing and maintaining client records in our systems, coordinating appointments and meetings, and assisting with AT deadlines and lodgments such as BAS.

You'll also help with bookkeeping and compliance work, including tax return preparation, general bookkeeping tasks, and end-of-year work papers, with training provided where needed. From time to time, you'll work with our other LM offices to help manage workloads and support the broader team.

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in an administration or office support role.
* An interest in bookkeeping or accounting with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
* A well-organised approach, with good attention to detail and time management.
* Clear communication skills and a positive, team-focussed attitude.

Bookkeeping experience is welcome, but not essential. We are happy to train the right candidate in bookkeeping and accounting support tasks, particularly if you bring strong administration skills and a desire to grow your capability over time.
