BRG is supporting a requirement within the Maritime Integrated Warfare Systems (MIWS) SPO under SEA4000 Phase 6. This role sits within the project finance and costing team, providing hands‐on support across financial administration, cost modelling, reporting, and Defence‐specific finance processes.

Role Overview
You will support the MIWS finance team across a mix of finance administration, invoicing, cost modelling, and reporting activities.
Finance & Admin Support
* Provide general finance support to the MIWS team
* Assist with invoicing and Defence financial processes
* Support continuity of operations during APS staff absences
Costing & Modelling
* Support development and maintenance of project cost models
* Assist with workforce costing, escalation, and affordability analysis
Reporting & Analysis
* Perform cost variance analysis
* Support monthly reporting and dashboard updates
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
* Support CABSUB and Investment Committee financial inputs
* Engage with stakeholders across project and product teams
Skills & Experience
* Defence finance or project costing experience
* Understanding of Defence invoicing
* Section 23 knowledge
* Cost modelling and reporting experience
* EPR familiarity
