About the Role:
We are currently seeking casual scheduling specialist to join our vibrant team. You will play a crucial role in providing support to our clients and then coordinate the placement of suitably qualified and experienced staff. Due to this role being after hours as well as casual in office when required, we require flexibility and availability between Monday - Sunday working a mixture of early mornings and late evenings as well as during the day, working from the office during the week, and the option to work from home on the weekends.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide after-hours solutions for our customers, clients and employees, as well as deal with escalations.
* Manage incoming phone calls and email requests providing support to other teams as needed, working in a very fast paced.
* Ensure that we deliver on our promise to our clients to fill all shifts as promptly as possible.
* Efficiently manage our current staffing rosters and client liaison.
* Work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to immerse yourself in our energetic, supportive, and winning team culture.
* Deliver a highly consultative service with consistent results as a driven consultant.
* Attend the office during the week to get full exposure and understanding of daily tasks and requirements.
About You:
To be a successful hire, you must possess the following:
* Be committed to 2-weeks training in our office in Port Melbourne.
* Time management skills and reliability, have good availability for early mornings as well as late evenings.
* Professionalism and adaptability
* Available weekends and weeknights/mornings
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Outgoing personality with a strategic & problem-solving mind
* Provide exceptional support in finding qualified candidates for vacant positions.
* Ability to multi-task for general inquiries like filling shifts (ad hoc and ongoing), rostering and day to day questions
* Be a team player, always demonstrating the values and service of H1 Healthcare
* Quick and effective solving skills to customer challenges
