* Previous work experience with application and software development within a large ICT environment, of Software Development practice
* Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
* Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
* Preference for experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
* Proficient in SOQL, Apex, Javascript, VisualForce and Lightning Web Components and integration using MuleSoft and Salesforce connectors
* Working knowledge of Visual Studio Code, mavensMate or eclipse
* Deep understanding of SDLC principles and the software development lifecycle, including Agile and DevOps practices and methodologies
* Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
* Knowledge and experience of the following is an advantage: Health ICT environment, Siebel/Oracle, Salesforce/Mulesoft, CRM, Agile, Waterfall.
* Engage with architects, designers, and testers to identify delivery challenges early on.
* Provide guidance to developers for rapid development using prototyping.
* Ensure code quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
* Functional and technical expertise to develop technical design specifications for Salesforce software and database solutions;
* Assisting in Product planning processes;
* Developing applications to agreed standards, including test designs, user and system documentation;
* Monitor and review build output to provide guidance and ensure development, implementation, and review activities are completed as designed and according to standards;
* Act on any identified process improvements that will assist in an improved and more responsive delivery outcome;
* Ability to work in a high paced and agile environment, delivering value with our colleagues, using DevOps practices;
* Undertaking impact analysis of proposed application changes and problems;
* Understand the design and provide technical solution
* Design and develop Saleforce integrations using business service, workflow, integration objects, XML, web services.
* Produce and maintain technical documentation such as Technical analysis document, Data Model changes document, Unit test case documents.
* Peer review of developed products and unit test scripts; and
* Identifying and progressing risks, issues and opportunities for the business.
