**Technical Works Coordinator**

We currently have an opportunity for Technical Works Coordinator to join our Honeywell Building Technologies team based in our North Ryde, New South Wales office. Reporting directly to the Spot Coordinator Team Leader, this role will focus on customer service and liaise closely to support field staff to drive timely estimation and turnaround of orders from estimation and quote reaction to purchase order from customer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support Field Service Professionals, Field Service Supervisors with proposal generation for medium-high complex opportunities
- Responsible for end-to-end turnover, communication and setup which includes generation of work order, customer verification, documentation, and coordination to different departments
- Inform field of worker information, verify schedule for delivery, communicate schedule to customer for larger and complex arrangements
- Ensure 100% completion of work in the field and field staff
- Ensure work order closure and correct action by Business Support Centre
- Monitor billing reports and unbilled to ensure the job has been correctly processed and billed
- Escalate items needed and/or tracking to target or estimate
**Key Experience & Capabilities**:
- Minimum of 3 years' related work experience required (building automation industry experience is ideal but not required)
- Experienced in using SAP (ideal but not required)
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to coordinate people in services and technical trades
- Ability to meet targets and KPIs
- Good team player
- Ability to manage time, identify priorities and work with deadlines
- Experience in working for a global organization or complex projects
