The Role Think event-focused – delivering unforgettable weddings, welcome receptions, and recovery functions across a sprawling estate. Our client seeks a reception centre manager who can take the lead and ensure each one is executed with precision and flair. You’ll coordinate logistics, lead casual event teams, support bar and service flow during key functions, and bring calm, confident leadership to high-impact service days. A strong understanding of front-of-house operations and food & beverage service is key to maintaining the high standards expected at this premium venue. The role also includes stock and beverage oversight, structured training of new team members, and ongoing improvements to operational processes.
