Head of Culinary Operations

We are seeking an accomplished and skilled Head of Culinary Operations to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in menu planning, staff supervision, and maintaining high standards of food safety.

* Developing menus that meet quality and cost targets
* Supervising and training kitchen staff to achieve optimal performance
* Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment through regular inspections and compliance with health and safety protocols
