The Role

Reporting directly to the Operations Coordinator, the Operations Administration Assistant will complete a diverse range of junior administrative duties to support the ongoing success of Advanced Cranes. You will be responsible for drafting and sending hire documentation, raising purchase orders, reconciling timesheets, assisting with crane hire team with equipment forecasting and a range of general operations administrative support tasks in this fast paced and varied role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior administrator who genuinely enjoys variety of tasks and a busy work role. Your optimistic approach and easy going professional attitude paired with your ability to organise, prioritise and complete accurate work efficiently, will see you succeed in this key role. Key Responsibilities

* Undertake drafting and communicating of xhire information
* Raising and emailing of purchase orders
* Reconciliation of timesheets
* Assist with administration tasks in relation to hire forecasting activities
* Assist with compliance checking and follow up once crews are set
* Other general administrative assistant duties as requested
* Must be available to work from the Ballarat office 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday (not a remote/hybrid role)

What You'll Bring

* General business administration experience
* Excellent customer service experience
* Demonstrated swift and accurate data entry
* Associated qualifications are desirable but not required
* Demonstrate strong organizational, team-oriented, evaluation and problem-solving skills
* Familiar and capable with soft and hardcopy general business admin systems
* Experience with CRM/ Xero may be advantageous

Additional Essential Requirements

The successful applicant must have unlimited Australian working rights, have a driver's licence and their own reliable vehicle. The successful applicant may be required to satisfactorily pass preemployment assessments for example, criminal history check reference checks and psychometric assessment ahead of commencement in the position.
