Responsibilities:
* Managing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
* Understanding client's current and future needs and proposing appropriate solutions
* Maintaining regular contact with assigned customers to ensure optimal service levels and customer satisfaction
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and competitor research
* Negotiating prices and collaborating with support staff to ensure customer retention and continued business
* Conducting presentations and coordinating the preparation of sales proposals, tenders, bids, contracts, and account management plans
* Participating in sales promotions, campaigns, and events to drive business growth
* Confidently and knowledgeably handling customer complaints and taking necessary actions to resolve issues to the customer's expectations

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in the express freight or logistics industry
* Demonstrated ability to achieve sales growth through superior negotiating skills
* Extensive relationship-building skills developed from working in various busy service industries
* Ability to quickly learn product and service knowledge to effectively translate customer needs into solutions
* Attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a busy team
* Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to use database management systems
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
* Current driver's license
