Job Description
The Senior Solicitor role involves providing expert legal advice, identifying and managing risk, and supporting the organization's legislative drafting and information management functions.
* Delivering comprehensive written and oral legal guidance on complex corporate, regulatory, and operational matters
* Undertaking statutory interpretation to determine practical regulatory outcomes
* Supporting the organization's legislative drafting and information management activities
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in law, admission to practice as a lawyer in an Australian state or territory, and relevant skills and experience in one or more areas of law.
