Job Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our team in Cairns, QLD. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract opportunity starting on 2 February.
The successful candidate will work with a Product Specialist to provide technical support in operating theatres across our Trauma and CMF product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend surgical procedures and provide expert technical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons and Nursing staff in the correct and safe use of products.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide in-service training to Registrars, Nursing staff, etc.
* Optimise opportunities by passing leads to the Sales Team and providing product demos as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic, etc.) and experience providing clinical support in-theatre during orthopaedic surgeries.
* Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment.
* Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills.
* A self-starter who is results driven and solutions focused.
* An autonomous and organised individual with good time management skills.
