This role leads the end-to-end delivery of Defence proposals, including ASDEFCON tenders. You will coordinate technical, commercial and delivery inputs, manage governance processes, and ensure submissions meet compliance and evaluation requirements across complex programs.

About The Role
You will lead proposal operations across multiple Defence opportunities, managing the full lifecycle from early capture support through to submission.
The role requires strong coordination across internal SMEs and leadership teams, ensuring proposals are structured, compliant, and aligned to Defence evaluation criteria.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end proposal development for Defence tenders
* Manage ASDEFCON submissions and compliance requirements
* Coordinate inputs from technical, commercial and delivery stakeholders
* Establish and manage proposal governance and review processes
* Drive timelines and ensure submission quality under pressure
* Support capture activities and bid strategy alignment
* Manage competing priorities across multiple proposal activities
Skills And Experience
* Proven experience leading Defence proposals or large-scale bids
* Strong understanding of ASDEFCON frameworks and requirements
* Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels
* Experience managing complex timelines and competing priorities
* Strong governance, compliance and document control capability
* Background in Defence, engineering, or government delivery environments
Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Defence, engineering, project management or a related discipline.
Eligibility / Other Requirements
* Australian Citizenship required
* NV1 security clearance minimum (NV2 preferred)
