What You will Be Doing
You will play an important role in helping our residents live comfortably and confidently each day by:
* Assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, and meaningful social engagement
* Maintaining the dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of all residents, families, and staff
* Supporting a safe, warm, and welcoming environment while contributing to care plans and reporting changes to nursing staff
What You will Bring
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Valid Australian work rights (sponsorship not available)
* Strong time management skills, reliability, and the ability to think on your feet
* A collaborative, team-focused approach with a commitment to supporting your colleagues
* A genuine passion for interacting with and caring for older people
