We’re seeking seasoned IT Business Analysts with deep expertise in Retail, eCommerce, and POS systems to join a dynamic team on a transformative journey. Rey responsibilities: Act as a strategic liaison between IT and business units, aligning technology solutions with operational and strategic goals. Analyse and document business processes, system requirements, and technical specifications. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to define and deliver project outcomes. Produce high-quality deliverables including: Business Requirements Acceptance Criteria Requirements Traceability As-Is / To-Be Process Flows Data Mapping RAID logs Apply hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies to scope, estimate, and plan projects using structured IT PPM practices. Deliver exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external vendors. What you will bring: Minimum 7 years’ experience in IT or business systems business analysis. Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT or business systems delivery or management. Full IT project lifecycle experience across diverse projects and departments. Strong customer focus and proven service delivery excellence. Demonstrated experience with Prince2, Agile, Waterfall, and Incremental methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels. Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. Experience executing RFI/RFP processes and managing third-party vendors. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to self-manage and operate with medium to high autonomy. Holistic understanding of IT services and how to structure them to deliver value. Willingness to challenge organisational boundaries to ensure service delivery. Would also be an advantage: Background in technology or business consulting. Experience fostering strategy and innovation cultures across business and tech teams. Proven leadership or mentoring of small to medium project teams. Thought leadership and innovation experience. Industry experience in retail, wholesale, or consumer-driven sectors.
