We're looking for compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our dedicated team in Bethania.
Position Details
Part Time Permanent. Work from just a few shifts a week up to 5 shifts a week for work‐life balance.
Shifts available
* Night shift 22:00–06:00
* Weekend shifts (penalty rates)
Responsibilities
As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll provide daily living support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.
* Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility.
* Support residents' emotional and social needs.
* Maintain accurate care documentation.
* Collaborate with the clinical and lifestyle teams to enhance resident experiences.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support (or equivalent).
* A current National Police Check.
* A caring and respectful approach towards residents.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
* Empathy with elderly residents and their families.
* Knowledge of Autumn Care highly regarded (not essential).
* Experience working in an Australian aged care facility highly regarded.
