About The Role
Our Team Members are the face of Woolies and bring to life everyday what we are famous for – our friendly service. Working throughout the store, our Team Members do a variety of tasks from getting our stock on shelves, putting our fresh fruit & veg on display, to picking orders for our online customers, and finally being the last friendly face our customers see as they leave the store.
What You'll Do
* Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping at Woolies.
* Stick to our policies and procedures to ensure we keep ourselves, each other and our customers safe, including looking out for and reporting any hazards.
* Help our customers by answering their questions or taking them to products they are looking for throughout their shopping journey.
* Ensure our shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey.
* Shopping for our online customers, ensuring that they receive what they need.
