Job Description
Our client is a leading engineering consultancy firm with a presence across Australia and South-East Asia. We are currently seeking a Bids/Tenders Coordinator to join their team in their Canberra office.
The Role:
1. Prepare and review tender documents with a high standard of content and writing
2. Track tender opportunites and their progress, and coordinate them across the teams
3. Liaise with stakeholders during the tendering process
4. Maintain and update tender systems with supporting documentations
5. Ensure all proposals are formatted and comply with company brand guidelines, client requirements, and follow internal quality guidelines
6. Provide other assistance to the Directors, Office Managers and other senior staff as required and directed
About You:
7. At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
8. Have professional communication skills - written and verbal
9. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
10. Experience with InDesign and QA/WHS systems are high desireable
11. Able to work autonomously and collaborative to produce high level, compliant submissions
