This is an opportunity to work for an innovative and family values driven business which focuses on staff retention and an excellent customer experience. They've been operating for 20+ years across the 1st and 2nd home builder space, delivering builds from $300k to $750k.
Due to continued success and a stellar reputation, they're now looking to bring onboard a new Site Supervisor to manage c30 homes, across the Southern suburbs of Baldivis and surrounding suburbs.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will have the responsibility to:
* Supervise and manage the construction of single-storey homes
* Allocate materials and trades to job sites
* Ensure timely construction of new homes
* Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
* Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality
* Maintain and updating company systems
* Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinating onsite works
* Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
About You:
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
* 2 Years+ experience working as a Site Supervisor residential home builder
* Carpentry background held in high regard
* A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple sites at one time
