We are seeking an individual to fill the role of a Station Cook/Chef at a remote cattle station. This is a challenging and rewarding position that involves preparing healthy and nutritious meals for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook four meals per day
* Cook for up to 40 people at a time
* Maintain food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness
* Assist with stock camps during the season
* Order groceries and maintain supplies
Essential Qualifications:
* A genuine interest in working on a remote cattle station
* A passion for food and cooking
* Experience as a chef or similar
* Menu-planning skills
