Job Description Conduct night audit procedures, including reconciling daily revenue, verifying guest accounts, and preparing audit reports. Welcome late arrivals and farewell early departures, ensuring a smooth and personalised guest experience. Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries, delivering solutions with professionalism and warmth. Coordinate with our Front Office day team and other departments to ensure seamless overnight operations. Provide an effective handover at the start and end of each shift. Work closely with the Night Manager maintaining safety and security of our guests, team members and the property.
