Why this role matters
You'll lift OEE by executing best-practice setups and quick changeovers (SMED), minimising ramp-up and downtime while keeping safety, quality and GMP tight.
What you'll do
Set up, change over and optimise high-speed filling/packaging lines to plan; achieve first-good-product fast and at rate.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on the fly; expedite when needed and log work in MEX (CMMS).
Perform autonomous maintenance and targeted repairs to stabilise performance between planned services.
Maintain line standards, quality checks and GMP documentation every run.
Coach and uplift Line Setters/Operators so the whole crew gets faster, safer and more capable.
What you'll bring
Mechanical Trade (e.g., Fitter/Mechanical) or equivalent hands-on experience in high-speed FMCG, bottling or packaging.
Proven skill in rapid, repeatable changeovers (SMED), standard settings and loss elimination.
Sharp fault-finding across mechanical drives, pneumatics and sensors; basic PLC/HMI exposure a bonus.
CMMS discipline (MEX) and clean, compliant record-keeping (GMP).

Shifts: Multiple, with an immediate need on Afternoon Shift.
