Job Overview
The Civil Project Coordinator will lead and manage site personnel, plant equipment, materials, and subcontractors daily.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend site meetings and submit regular progress reports to management.
* Assist with procurement of materials and quality control documentation.
* Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and suppliers in line with site plans.
* Maintain accurate records and be responsible for onsite Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) documentation, including toolbox meetings.
* Manage projects to ensure programs, production levels, and budgets are met.
Required Skills and Experience
* A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role or ready to take on new challenges.
* Strong planning and organizational skills, including tracking site progress.
* Experience in subdivisional works, bulk earthworks, and underground construction.
* Ability to read and understand construction drawings and project plans.
* Solid focus on safety protocols and procedures.
* Flexibility to work varied hours and willingness to operate plant equipment if required.
* Effective communication skills with site personnel and subcontractors.
* Valid driver's license.
* Current senior first aid certification is highly desirable.
