Collaborate within a dedicated team in a unique environment as a Chef at Holsworthy Barracks (Liverpool). This role is suitable for candidates that enjoy bulk cooking with a passion for quality, flavour, and presentation. You'll get full training and support while working in a energetic and fun working setting.
The Position
* Casual & Part time positions
* Includes weekend shifts and additional function hours
* Prepare high-quality buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and special events
* Maintain catering standards, comply with OH&S and HACCP requirements, and prioritise waste reduction
* Support kitchen operations through inventory management, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls
* Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions
The Person
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
* Previous restaurant and/or function experience required
* Proven experience in large commercial kitchens.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.
* Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.
* Goal-oriented, committed to personal and organisational success.
