The Role:
The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to collaborate with the Digital Strategy Team to define, test, configure, and deploy Salesforce solutions. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract role.
The Digital Strategy Team is working with external partners to implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions to transform The Best Connection into a market-leading recruitment company.
The Salesforce Administrator will assist throughout 2025 with testing, configuring, and deploying new solutions using their Salesforce expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage administrative tasks such as user management, page layout modifications, report and dashboard creation, and adding new fields.
* Optimize Salesforce system performance.
* Configure, build, and test Salesforce applications.
* Collaborate with the Solution Design team to finalize high-level solutions.
* Define system processes with team members.
* Load data into the system.
* Assist with system and process documentation.
* Provide second-line support to end users.
The Package:
* Annual salary of £38,000 to £42,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

The Person:
* At least 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
* Experience in the recruitment industry.
* Experience providing software support to end users.

Hours of Work:
