**The Role**
Your fit within the role will depend on your experience as an Office Administrator/All Rounder, however is also an opportunity to develop your skillset in the following areas:
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Taking notes and minutes in meetings
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
- Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organisation
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes
- Mild Finance exposure, to include data entry, invoice creation, and supporting the Finance Manager where possible.
