We are seeking an individual to support our payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* To administer and monitor the payroll service desk in line with established processes and procedures.
* Provide level 1 support for internal and external customer service.
* Update payroll master file data as directed.
* Enter payroll related information into the system as required.
* Complete end of Payrun tasks efficiently.
* Assist with monthly and yearly processing tasks.
* Supply relevant information to stakeholders as needed.
* Contribute to regular reviews of payroll processes, procedures, and policies to ensure improvements and compliance.
Requirements:
* A Cert III in Business Administration is essential.
* Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a similar role is required.
* Experience in systems management and improvement is advantageous.
* Payroll knowledge would be beneficial.
* A strong customer service ethic is necessary.
* Excellent attention to detail is crucial.
* Numerical and analytical ability is required.
* Proven problem-solving skills are essential.
* Ability to work under deadlines is vital.
